I hold copyrights on all of my items. They're registered with US Copyright Office at http://cocatalog.loc.gov/ It is a tedious process, but a necessary one. This notice is due to seeing some of my work on other shops. There is nothing more frustrating than working hard on something to have another person right click and take your idea. Please do not copy the pictures or make a duplicate.

If you purchase an item (pattern) you most certainly have the right to resell the item. What kills me is when someone takes your item/items without permission.
