HANDMADE: All items in this shop are individually handmade by me. As handmad items these finished products may have some imperfections. If perfect centering, angling, color, etc. are very important to you, please do not order from this shop as you will risk imperfection.
PAPER: A factory description of the exact paper I will print your supply items on:
• 110 lb. 8 1/2" x 11" White Card Stock
• 199 gsm
• 92 bright Smooth surface provides great print results
• Heavyweight paper for frequently handled documents
• 10% post-consumer content
I love this paper - it is flexible yet sturdy, bright, and clean. Please message me your address if you are concerned and would like a paper sample mailed out to you ahead of placing your order. I can do laser print color checks with your logo also :)
CONCERNS: Because I print and cut very soon after receiving your order, it is important that we finalize and confirm the design Before you check out. Once I have printed your order, I cannot change the design. Please inspect your order upon opening your package - count the items to make sure you have a complete order. I do ask that you let me know immediately if there is any discrepancy. If an order is remade, I reserve the right to opt out of future transactions.
IMAGES: I claim few of the clipart & background images as my own, I usually rely on wonderfully talented etsy shop owners. Please contact me for a link to any background or image you may like to purchase from those vendors. Most LOGOS are also the work of other talented digital artists. If you see one you like, I can link you to the buyer to help you find the vendor of such art. My job has been primarily to arrange and print and cut.
TAX: Colorado residents will pay state sales tax. It will show up on the paypal receipt.
RE-ORDER: I will store your design, simply convo to re-order.
SLITS OR HOLES: I do not offer this service any longer, Please be aware of this, you may want to aquire a punch to keep handy at home. I can message you a link to suggest a good tool. I may offer slits or holes as an additional service in the future.
SHIPPING: Orders are click-n-shipped via Paypal. Please be sure your PAYPAL ADDRESS IS CORRECT. Your paypal address must be typed in by you, correct, and confirmed. I cannot ship to an unconfirmed address in the paypal system and will not change the address for you. ***Do not type a different address into a convo or notes to seller, simply type it into Paypal when you check out. It would be wise to make sure your address in the Etsy sytem matches that of the Paypal system, as they are two separate web sites.
INTERNATIONAL:
I am no longer accepting new international customers (sorry!) If you are re-ordering from abroad please remember that you will be responsible for paying the CUSTOMS FEES to receive your package. With the exception of Canada, I will not ship an international order that will not fit in a small flat rate box. Please convo me to discuss what will and will not fit. Beyond this shipping will be 30-45 dollars. Orders are click-n-shipped via Paypal.
