♥ Should the construction of one of my jewelry pieces, rosaries or chaplets under normal use and care happen to break you can return to me at any time for free repair.

♥ Any major Credit Card or Debit Card may be used to make a purchase through PayPal. *Please make sure your PayPal address is correct as this is the address used for shipping.
♥ Please make payment by PayPal at checkout. Payment is expected at the time of purchase, or, if you have contacted me to ask for expedited/faster shipping options, you must pay within 24 hours of receiving my revised invoice.
♥ Instant Transfers and Credit Cards via Paypal is preferred. If you want to pay by e-Check, the e-Check must clear before I will ship out your order (normally 4 to 8 business days).
♥ If for any reason you are having a problem please contact me ASAP to work things out. Please note ~ Purchases that are not paid for at check out will result in a cancellation of your order after a 24 hour period and the item(s) re-listed for sale.

*If you would like your purchase shipped by USPS Priority Mail I will be happy to accommodate and send you a new invoice for the difference in shipping cost, please let me know at the time of purchase in notes to the seller at checkout. Purchases shipped within the US with a value over US $100.00 are upgraded free of charge from USPS First Class to USPS Priority Mail and Insured.
♥ INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ~ Packages will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail. International customers are responsible for all shipping cost, fees, taxes, and duties associated with shipping to their respective countries. The actual value of your purchase will be included on the customs form, no exceptions.
~Please note~ I do not to ship to Brazil, China, Italy, Greece, Mexico, Russia, or Spain due to consistent problems with customs, no exceptions.

♥ All Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, following the delivery confirmation date.
♥ I know you will absolutely love the items that you purchase from YoursTruli and never want to return them, but, in the rare instance that you would desire to return your purchase I will promptly refund the purchase price upon its safe return to me. All returns must be shipped back as they were sent in unworn/unused/undamaged condition, with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging. ~All shipping fees to return the item(s) are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

♥ In the event your item(s) were to arrive broken or damaged during shipment the item(s) must be returned to me in received condition with all of the original packaging material and gift packaging.
