ZLDesignStudio's Shop Policies

Welcome

Welcome to my studio. I strive to create beautiful items for your home and scrapbooking needs. I hope you can find something you like.

Payment

I accept Paypal or money orders. Please make payment within 5 days. If you are sending a money order please send me a message so I know it is on its way.

Shipping

I will ship within 7 days of receiving payment for any stock items. I'll do my best to meet that time frame for custom orders as well. Please specify if there is a particular day you need them by and I will work to meet that date. International customers are responsible for any Customs charges.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are accepted if the item is returned within 7 days. You will receive a full refund for the product only, not the shipping charges. Custom orders are non-refundable. You will receive a proof prior to the creation of any custom printing or digital items. You are responsible for checking the spelling and the design so please do so carefully.

I am not responsible for items "lost in the mail". If you don't have full confidence in your mail delivery I can send your order by registered mail at an extra charge.
