2. ALL EXCHANGES & REFUNDS WILL INCUR A 10% RESTOCKING FEE. DOES NOT APPLY TO SALE AND SEASONAL ITEMS (NONREFUNDABLE - NO EXCHANGES)
3. Please allow 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS until shipment (exclude weekends & holidays).
4. If needing your order sooner (RUSH) or have an expected due date PLEASE let us know asap which will allow sufficient lead time to complete your order as we wont be held responsible for short notices. RUSH FEE OF $10.00 + $2.00 for each additional set WILL BE APPLIED.
5.Please don't forget to provide the size your child normally wears along with any other necessary info which will help with the processing of your order. All orders without desired pant and sleeve length will be made based on what is shown.
6. If no desired pant length is provided on your order, the order will be made in full length pants.
7. Please send all correspondences about your order using the Etsy conversation tool as we will NOT be held responsible for initiated contacts via another outside source.
8. All sets are custom made and as such we will NOT remake outfits based on customer errors.
9.NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN FOR LAUNDERED OUTFITS ( MUST BE RETURNED WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
