**PRODUCTION TIME
Our current production time is 7 business days unless otherwise noted. WE DO ACCEPT MOST RUSHES BUT please contact us PRIOR to ensure that it is possible to accommodate you. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONCE YOUR ORDER IS RECEIVED WE ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL AFTER 24 HOURS.

**SHIPPING
All packages are shipped via USPS.
*FIRST CLASS MAIL - expect delivery in about 5 business days after ship out
*PRIORITY MAIL - expect delivery in about 2-3 business days after ship out
*PRIORITY EXPRESS MAIL - expect delivery in about 1-2 business days.
**INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKES ABOUT 10 BUSINESS DAYS UNTIL DELIVERY .
Please note that Zamakerr Clothing Co. has no control over delivery times and USPS is a third party.

**PAYMENT
We gladly accept Paypal and credit cards in our store as a form of payment.

**RUSH FEE
If needing your order sooner than the posted turnaround time (RUSH) or have an expected due date PLEASE let us know immediately which will allow sufficient lead time to complete your order as we wont be held responsible for short notices. Rush fee of $15.00 + $5.00 for each additional set will be applied. Once the rush is approved and paid for in full, the order will be processed within the time frame given.

**CUSTOM REQUEST
We do accept custom orders and special requests. All sets can be modified within reason for such changes, please contact us prior to ordering to ensure clarity.

**PERSONALIZATION / MONOGRAMMING
Where not pictured, personalization is available. Of course embroidery is our specialty, just contact us and we may be able to give you exactly what you desire.

**HAIR ACCESSORIES
A matching hair bow, socks, bib, scrucnhie, burp cloth, headwrap or headband with hair bow attached can be made to match any set in the store. Just let us know prior to purchase and we can set you up a custom listing for the total.

**SIZING
Our designs has been TRIED and TESTED. We can say with all certainty that you will receive your order that will be to garment industry sizing. Our clothing line runs true to size with a little room for growth and shrinkage. All we ask is that customers input the size their little one most often wears in the message to seller box when checking out. If there are concerns that the child may not be standard sizing please contact us prior to purchase.

**RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
It is our goal to provide our customers with fair but flexible refund and exchange options. No refunds will be honored on personalized or customized orders.
Please note:
• All items must be unworn, unlaundered, and with original tags where applicable to be considered for a return or exchange.
• A shipping service that provides tracking and insurance is highly recommended, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
• We do not refund original shipping charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
• All sale items, weekly deals, personalization (with name and or letter), orders over $100, clearance and seasonal items are FINAL SALE unless an error occurred on our part.
