I accept Paypal. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout, after you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. If you would prefer not to pay online, please contact me directly and we can discuss other payment options on a case by case basis.
If you are having any issues with payment, please contact me directly. Items will not ship until payment has been received and cleared through Paypal. In the event of no payment and no response via email after 48 hours, the purchase will be canceled and negative Etsy feedback may be left.
Most items, due to weight, ship in USPS flat rate boxes. The items are packaged with tissue paper to fill any extra space and ensure that they don't slide around during shipping. Our resin items are practically unbreakable, however if an item arrives damaged please mail it back to us and you will be refunded for the entire purchase, original and return shipping costs.
Most items will ship out the same day or the following morning. If there is going to be a further delay for any reason I will let you know. Most packages will arrive within 3-5 business days, if shipped within the USA. Foreign transactions will be a case by case basis. In some cases customs may delay a package for up to 6 weeks without my control. Hopefully this will never happen.
If you would like to pay for faster shipping, or insurance on an item, please send me a message before making your purchase so that the shipping costs can be amended.
Refunds and Exchanges
As previously stated, if any item arrives damaged please return the item to me, and you will then be refunded for the entire purchase cost, plus both the original and return shipping costs.
For change of heart returns, please mail the item back and you will be refunded for the entire purchase cost plus the cost of original shipping, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. If you have any questions or concerns before purchasing an item, please let me know.
Additional Policies and FAQs
While I do have a wide variety of items available here, custom orders are always welcome. Particularly if you have a certain type of beer or flower that you would like to create a set of coasters with, I can usually work with you to make that possible. The price for a custom item will usually be the same as the price for a standard item, however there may be extenuating circumstances out of my control that would effect the price. I will always make the price clear before a purchase of a custom order.
Once the design, price and timing for a custom order have been agreed upon, I will require full payment for the item before I begin the work. Most custom projects should be able to be completed within a few days, but timing will be discussed before you make a custom purchase.
Feedback is always appreciated, and positive feedback will always be left for all purchasers, barring any payment problems mentioned above. If you have any concerns, please send me a message before leaving any negative feedback, since once you leave it negative feedback can never be erased from my record. I am here to please you so I am always interested in trying to solve any problems that may arise.
