All orders are handmade to order at the time of purchase, so please allow seven to ten days for your items to ship. US customers should receive shipments within 2 to 3 days of shipping date. International customers should receive shipments within 10 business days. If you need your item sooner, please note in your order comments and we will do our best to accomodate you!

*♥* SHIPPING INFORMATION *♥*
We use USPS First Class Mail to ship our toys and jewelry. This is in an effort to keep more money in your pocket. We found that it is just as reliable as Priority Mail and much less costly than FedEx of UPS. Every order comes with delivery confirmation and a tracking number. You can find this information on your receipt and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your Zúbky is on the way. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee, just send us a message with your mailing address and we will reply with a quote.

SHIPPING PRICE UPDATE 01-23-2013: Unfortunately, the United States Postal Service has SIGNIFICANTLY increased rates for international shipments. This was not something we wanted to see, but we have had to increase our international shipping cost to align with these higher charges.
