Welcome to my new Etsy shop!
I have just lowered my shipping price after sending a lot of items for my husband's camera plate design business all over the world. Jewelry is small and it doesn't cost any more to add more than one item.
I had planned to add more items before Christmas and time just flew by too quickly! I have some luscious Czech glass pieces I will be working with and many more designs to make and add to the shop. But I am also a videographer with video projects to edit and that can keep me busy.
Please keep checking back with me and I promise there will be new pieces as soon as I can!
Here's a little about my jewelry making past....
I have always loved to make things since I was a child and I have been making jewelry for over thirty years. I am a juried member of the League of NH Craftsmen and I also run a video production business with my husband so I spend a lot of time writing and editing. For years I did wholesale trade shows and had a small shop but now I enjoy making one of a kind pieces and dreaming up new things.
If you read the story in the NY Times about people selling crafts and getting overwhelmed with it, well that was me some years ago. It took time for me to want to even touch metal again but just recently I've felt like wanting to make lovely little things again. But I like the idea of just making what I want to, rather than filling wholesale orders for hundred of pairs of earrings! I have a lot of ideas for new pieces that I will enjoy making one by one. In my kitchen. Yes, my jewelry bench takes up one long wall under a window in my kitchen where I can sit and look out at the mountains while keeping an eye on the soup pot.
