I am having some sever health issues right now, and I am pretty much living at my doctor's office. I feel I have not been abley to serve my customers sufficiently because of this. I am sad because Etsy has been one of my few joys in these dark times, but I have disappointed too many buyers and I only want to do my best when it comes to customer service.
Thank you to all of you that have been supportive to me. I hope that I will be able to make it through this and open my doors once again.
