Able and Game offers cards and stationery that are quirky and cute rather than cliched and predictable. The cards feature hand drawn designs of weird and wonderful characters that are offbeat and stand out from the crowd.

Welcome

We are currently away on Holiday so will only be shipping orders three days a week.



Able and Game is a Melbourne based stationery label started by Anna and Gareth. We were both a little bored by some of the cards available and decided to make our own. We hope our cards are the type of gift people will frame and keep forever.

Payment

International buyers: Paypal is the only payment method available.

Australian buyers: We accept both paypal and direct deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer. With items paid via direct deposit and EFT the items will not be posted until payment has cleared, which can take 1-3 days. To calculate the amount of the item in Australian Dollars we use the website http://www.xe.com

If an item has not been paid for within 48 hours of purchase we will cancel the sale, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Australian customers will be charged GST.

Shipping

We are currently on holidays till the 22nd of June so will be sending orders three days per week.

If there is going to be a delay we will email you to let you know but we aim to get your order out as fast as we can.

If you need your item urgently, please contact us so we can work out a new shipping amount so you can get your item faster. If you're in Australia the option of express post is $5 (on top of the shipping amount) and $15 for international orders for 1-4 cards. For larger orders please email us for a shipping amount.


For international orders we use Australia Post Airmail. Please allow 7-14 working days for items to arrive in North America and Europe, however it has been known to take longer. Australia Post does not have a tracking system for international orders and on very rare occasions we have found the cards have taken longer to arrive. If you have not received your order after 3 weeks from the date we posted we can arrange to either refund the money or send another item.

Please check to make sure your paypal address and your etsy address match. If they do not we will email you to confirm which address is correct and will not ship order until we have the confirmation from you as to which address to post your order to.

Refunds and Exchanges

Each item we post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition and packed so it is safe inside the packaging. If you item has arrived damaged please contact us within 10 days of item arriving to make arrangements on issuing a refund or a replacement.
