Afghan Tribal Arts has been importing from Afghanistan and the region since the early 1980's. It supplies fine bead stores and small galleries with the traditional handcrafted beads, textiles, jewelry and more. The beads and supplies sold here on Etsy provide much needed work for Afghan artisans, many who are in exile. The vintage items reflect the trade and craftsmanship that has thrived in the region for centuries.
