Welcome to my store! Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions, or would like an adjustment to a piece. Most necklaces can be lengthened or shorten (first 2 inches are free!) and some pieces can be switched from sterling silver to 14k gold-filled.

I love doing custom work and my turn around time is generally 4- 5 days, unless I have to special order stones.

Payment

I accept PayPal, customers in the state of GA are required by law to pay sales tax.

Shipping

All orders come in a lovely satin bag, perfect for gift giving! Gift boxes are also available.
I ship First Class with Delivery Confirmation, unless you request Priority Mail.
If you are outside the United States, please contact me to inquire about shipping rates.

Insurance:
Insurance is not included, but is recommended. I can't be responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office. The post office is pretty good about packages, but it doesn't hurt to be on the safe side. If you'd like insurance, please add the amount (listed below) to your purchase invoice.

Insurance through the post office:
Up to $50.00 - $1.35
$50.01 - $100.00 - $2.30
$100.01 to $200.00 - $3.35
$200.01 to $300.00 - $4.40

Refunds and Exchanges

If you would like a refund or want to arrange an exchange, contact me within 5 days of receipt of merchandise to discuss your options.
