Welcome to my shop! I am driven to play with color, but the use of color has been a bit limited in my other obsession (basketry).

When I took my first lampwork class in May '07, along with two of my talented friends, I found a much more satisfying use of color. We've been known to stare at glass and fondle beads for long periods of time! I hope you enjoy looking at these handmade lampwork beads too! My lampwork beads are flameworked in my home studio near Madison, Wisconsin. All of the beads that pass initial inspection are annealed in a digitally controlled kiln to strengthen them. All my beads are made on 3/32" mandrels (hole size) unless noted otherwise. Once annealed, they are cleaned and inspected for imperfections. Even though annealing strengthens them, they are glass. They can chip, crack, and/or break if they are not treated with care.

I strive to take accurate pictures, however these are enlarged for viewing. Please note the sizes (25.4mm = 1 inch)listed. In addition, there may be color variations due to computer monitors.
