Hi! I'm Allison. I make obsessive pieces on paper – occasionally on canvas – which often lead to letterpress prints. Thematically, I'm fairly preoccupied with cityscapes, lagoons, gumball machines and amusement parks. Materially speaking, I especially love Rapidoliners, drafting pencils, and Holbein's Acryla Gouache.
I am currently wrapping up the next in the "Vertical" series (it's carnival-themed and I've been having a ton of fun with it!), due later in 2011 (was January, but work, holidays, and family life keep things busy!), in addition to a very limited run of hand-painted Vertical Cities prints.
