Altar Clothing is a conceptual clothing line of handmade vintage and couture inspired women’s clothing and accessories. Each garment is created with the utmost care and quality. A unique style, elegance, good fit and comfort are the key components to these designs.
This label was founded in 2010 by myself, Ryn Wilson (previously of Junkhouse Dollyard Designs), and is based in the magnificent city of New Orleans. I have been sewing and selling my designs since 2004 in Milwaukee, WI, where I was part of the collective clothing store, “Fasten”. From there I moved to Japan where I sold my wares at a vintage and designer store named “Rainbow” (circa 2006-2008). Since then I have been selling online and in brick and mortar stores around the world.
