• Made-to-order jewelry, custom orders and re-sized rings can not be returned. Due to the customized nature of this work, we can not accept returns or exchanges for these items. Our jewelry is crafted to the highest industry standards and we provide a lifetime warranty on all of our pieces.

• Exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis. Some jewelry may not be exchanged. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you would like to know the exchange policy on your particular order.

• In-stock, ready-to-ship jewelry may be returned in unworn condition. Please contact us within 24 hours for a return authorization and instructions.

Yes, most rings can be resized for a fee. There are some rings that can not be resized; for example: eternity rings with pave/bead set stones.

It is VERY important that you find your correct ring size before ordering to avoid extra, unwanted charges. I have ring sizer kits available for free with your purchase.

Please follow the care guide included with your purchase for proper care. It is extremely important to have your jewelry inspected yearly by a jeweler to prevent loss of precious gemstones and diamonds. I am not be responsible for lost gemstones or diamonds. You may contact me for care regarding your specific piece of jewelry.

Yes! Your jewelry will be packaged in a beautiful box for presentation.

Yes. I am happy to set up a small payment plan for you if needed! You can contact me to discuss a plan that works for both of us. There are no extra fees associated with deposits or payment plans.

Full payment is required before your order ships. If you purchased a made to order/custom item, the production process will begin after the final payment has been made. Please see my production time frame in each listing or contact me for estimated production times.
