(Every single seller (ceramic and otherwise) has had the same story: when the browsing changed in October, our views and sales plummeted. I went from 4000 views per day to just over 100 OVER NIGHT. My sales bottomed out, and Etsy has had either no response or has deleted many criticisms of the new system. They simply do not care. I don't wish to support a company who doesn't care about some of its longest and best customers (I've been here since 2009, almost since the beginning). A lot of their new policies have gone in a way that does not favor sellers which to me is offensive. WE support Etsy. WE are the reason it exisits!!)
