SHIPPING:
Turnaround time is currently 2-4 weeks, plus shipping days. Please do not email us asking about your order. It will get to you just as soon as we can get it out the door. We are two moms working from home and we do our best to work efficiently, but with the holidays and overall life, it does take time for custom orders.

Due to the customized nature of these products, we can't accept returns or exchanges once you have chosen your spelling, font, and thread color preferences. We are happy to assist you in any color or font choices or questions before you order. In the event that your item arrives different than your specified order we will gladly make it right!

Want a custom fit? Give the measurements and it will be our pleasure. HOWEVER, if you fail to give us the correct measurements, we cannot give an exchange or credit. Measurements should be taken around the chest, just underneath the armpits, and from the shoulder to the hem length you prefer.
