All of my Herbed Honeys & Electuaries are made with unprocessed Western North Carolina mountain wildflower honey! Those bees are blessed - the Appalachians offer an amazing feast for them and again for us.

Electuary is Ye Olde Worde for a medicinal honey. Specifically in this shop you can expect it to mean an unstrained herbal honey with specific holistic benefits..."just a spoonful of sugar makes the medicine go down!"
