I accept payment via Paypal or credit card.
Royal Mail is used for shipping within the UK
Air Mail via Royal Mail is used for shipping outside of the UK
All packages are shipped unrecorded, so if you would like registered post, please contact me about the extra costs.
Unfortunately, I am unable to refund or offer replacements for lost items.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your purchase, please post it back to me within 7 days of receiving it. I will then issue a refund (minus the postage cost). Please contact me before sending back.
Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be refunded unless they arrive to you damaged. In this instance, a replacement will be offered.
