Why settle for that. My garters are totally made by hand, each one hand sewn by myself , and adorned with a hand wired pearl and crystal cluster. When you purchase an A Promise Made Today item you can be sure that you are getting a totally custom hand made product and not just pieces from here and there that have been glued together : ) We make the best, for the best, you can count on it!!!
