I use acrylic enamel paint which is dishwasher safe if placed on the top rack. Do not allow the pieces to sit in standing water. I recommend hand washing to preserve the design.

***I am now offering hand painted personalized hangers that are nice for the bride, her bridal party, and even the flower girl. They also can be made for children clothing and even for your pets! I use capital letters for the first letter of a name, unless otherwise requested. Please contact me prior to placing your order if you are concerned about a specific name or phrase. You need to stay around 12 characters in the wire. If you prefer other words, that may be done also.

I HAVE FOUND CREATING A CAPITAL "F" TO BE A DIFFICULT LETTER TO MAKE. I HAVE ATTACHED IN THE PHOTO SECTION OF EACH HANGER LISTING, A SAMPLE OF THE TYPE OF SCRIPT THAT IS REFERRED TO FOR THE DESIGN OF THE WORDS IN WIRE. THE CAPITAL "F" AND "T" ARE VERY SIMILAR. THE LETTERS MAY BE ALTERED SOME TO ALLOW THEM TO FLOW IN THE WIRE AND DUE TO BEING MADE BY HAND. IF YOU ARE CONCERNED WITH THE SIMILARITIES OF THE CAPITAL "F" AND "T" OR THAT YOU MAY NOT BE HAPPY WITH THE LOOK OF IT, YOU MAY REQUEST ALL LOWERCASE LETTERS. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO SPECIFY THIS REQUEST ON THE ONLINE FORM WHEN FILLING IT OUT. PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS CURSIVE WRITING IN MOST CASES AND WILL DIFFER FROM THE PRINTED VERSION. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER THE SALE IS COMPLETE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

All of the hangers are created after your sale is completed. A link to an online form will be provided to you for the details of your hanger order to be placed on. I will go by this form when working on and completing your order. I will not be responsible for any details not included on this form, nor will any refunds be issued for details left off. The filling out of this form is required for your order to be processed.

Your are not charged extra for the the bows. These are offered as a courtesy. The hangers are the same price whether you have a plain hanger and no bow, or a painted hanger and a bow. The colors requested will be as close as possible. If you have to have a certain color, then please provide a sample. The color may vary from one monitor to another. The bows offered will be whatever is available at the time you place your order. They may not be the same as pictured. The pictures of the hangers are just for samples only to show you what can be created for you.

I go by the date you indicate on the form you complete, or approximately 5 weeks, whichever is sooner. IF YOU NEED A RUSHED ORDER IT CAN BE DONE FOR YOU AT NO EXTRA FEE!

When dealing with wood, you may expect small flaws in the wood, but nothing major that would detract from it's beauty. The wood will not be perfect. I do not make the hangers, but alter them. Please read my policy section prior to placing your order.

PAINTED GLASS: All of my work is painted by freehand and no two pieces will be exactly alike. The painted stems and bases may vary from what is shown the pictures on each listing. These are sample designs. The glass size or style will be indicated in the listing. If you desire a different size or style of glass, please convo me. Your stem style will be what is shown in the picture, unless you notify you desire a different style.

PAINTED GLASS: Your items will be painted for you once the sale has been completed in my shop. PLEASE ALLOW APPROXIMATELY 5 WEEKS FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE READY FOR SHIPPING! If you need it sooner, please contact me prior to placing the order. I do not charge extra for this. The turn around time is based on the amount of sales I have at a given time. I paint in the order I receive a sale, unless I have a rushed order.

You may choose from a design in my shop or have a custom design created to fit your needs. I love to work with brides, wedding planners, and special event organizers to make your gathering special.
