Are you at all curious who Argus is? If you've read The Odyssey (No, not the Cliff's notes!), you might remember Argus, Odysseus' dog, who waits patiently for his wandering owner's return. I named the black and white greyhound I adopted a few years ago "Argus", after him. Greyhounds have the quality of being familiar, like other dogs you've known & loved, but surprising and different, sometimes more like a big cat! I create jewelry like that- familiar, easy to wear, but always with a surprising mix of color, or a small pleasing detail or two crafted in for you to discover over time.
