I spin using a Lendrum folding wheel, an antique saxon-style wheel and a drop spindle to make the yarns, and production is entirely powered by me, no electricity necessary.

I get some of my fibers straight from the farmers and some pre-dyed through Copper Moose, a family-run business in Vermont, as well as other small business vendors. I use both animal fibers like wool, silk, mohair and alpaca as well as vegan-friendly renewable plant fibers, like bamboo, soy silk, ingeo, tencel and hemp.

I will happily wind any yarn into a center-pull ball for you, just add a note to your order.

Shipping is free on domestic orders over $75.00, and I'll combine multiple skeins into one package for you.

Anyone who sends me photos of the finished items they've made with my yarns will get 10% off their next order.
