PACKAGING AND WARRANTY:
Jewelry and watches are packaged beautifully in a jewelry box with ribbon ready for gift giving or storage. Most all chains can be adjusted. Special orders are welcomed.

* All watches come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY, plus we do all in house watch repairs.
* Pocket watches come in a silk pouch, watch gift box with winding instructions, with a ribbon.
* Wrist watches come in a protective sleeve, wrapped in tissue, in a watch gift box, with winding instructions and tied with a silk ribbon. See pictures in listings.

SHIPPING DETAILS:
* We ship daily by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation in the US.
* If you need to add Signature Confirmation ($2) please contact us before ordering or we can make you a listing to purchase the Shipping upgrade of Signature Confirmation.
* US - Priority Mail estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days includes tracking & insurance.
- Canada - USPS First Class Mail estimated delivery time is 10-12 business days.
- International Everyone else - USPS First Class Mail estimated delivery time varies 10-25 business days includes insurance & tracking to the US border.
- Registered Mail upgrade is recommended for International orders if you need tracking.

** International customers need to be aware that your government randomly charges Customs duties and taxes that are not a part of the shipping cost. You will be responsible for any customs fees (these are not delivery fees) charged by your country. Please read our Policy Page.

***Tracking Number***
All orders in the US will have a tracking number. We will send you the tracking number with your shipping confirmation the same day we ship your package.

***International Registered Mail***
To track mail past the US boarder you must purchase International Registered Mail upgrade. Please contact us for a quote and a reserve listing with shipping upgrade. Usual cost $12.95.

***INSURANCE***
Shipping insurance is included in your purchase - to cover lose or damage during shipping. Insurance will not cover a package that is scanned as delivered but you did not find it in your mail. If you have had security issues with your mail please request Signature Confirmation upgrade, cost $2. Signature Confirmation is included with orders of 3 or more pocket watches.
