I really believe in buying local. I really believe in quality. I try to use only the best ingredients that I can find so that I feel I am giving customers a quality product that not only tastes great but that will be respectful of their body... and I do love what I do and impart a bit of that into every truffle I make.
Opening a selection of my Artisan Truffles will make you a believer... only small-batch crafting and pure ingredients could make truffles taste this good!
My truffles can be found at select bakeries, coffee shops and Whole Foods markets in the northeast as well as local farmers markets.
