MADE FROM SCRATCH
I hand make each piece you order especially for you, so please allow 3-4 weeks for International orders and 2 week for New Zealand orders. This could change slightly if I have to order materials especially for your pieces. If you need a piece by a certain date, please get in touch.
CUSTOM DESIGN
All of my etchings are available on any of the pieces shown in my shop. I can email you pics of all the etchings available.
I have created tons of custom etchings for people based on their ideas, if you have something in mind, let me know.
I'm also happy to incorporate diamonds and other gems into my pieces.
GOLD/PLATINUM
Gold prices vary depending on the current world wide price. I will give you an individual quote for any gold item you'd like.

Payment
People within New Zealand can convo me for direct deposit information. Everyone else, please use paypal.
Shipping
Courier Post in New Zealand usually arrives overnight and is $5.00
Overseas:
Airmail delivery in 5-10 days, insured but not traceable is $7-00
Courier delivery in 5-6 days, insured and traceable is $45-00
Courier delivery in 1-5 days, insured and traceable is $65-00
I use as much recycled package as I can, usually everything except the bag the jewellery is either made from recycled materials or re-used packaging from other sources. If you would like your item to be gift wrapped or in a gift box, please let me know.
Please be aware that you might be charged import duties on your package, especially on large orders. We do not charge New Zealand sales tax for overseas orders.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please make every effort to get an accurate size if you are ordering a ring. We are happy to re-size rings, but please be aware that if your ring is made from gold, platinum or titanium or has set stones, there might be a fee. I want you to love your piece and for it to be comfortable to wear everyday! If it is not, I'll refund (minus postage) or replace upon receipt of the original item in an un-used condition.
