Current production time is just a few days up to 1-4 weeks depending on item purchased.
If you aren't sure on timing please email me and we'll work together : )
Larger, multiple orders can take 4-6 weeks during peak season (March-October)
* such as large pomander orders, floral letters*.
Order confirmation's with the total production time is emailed w/in 48 hours of purchase.
I do offer rush orders for an additional fee and rush shipping.
I do offer discounted shipping on multiple items purchased!

HOW MANY CARDS DO THE WEDDING CARD BOXES HOLD

9 INCH = 30-50 Cards
10 INCH = 70-90 Cards
12 INCH = 90-110 Cards
14 INCH = 120 + Cards

ROUND BOXES HOLD LESS THAN SQUARE SHAPE
9 INCH = 25 Cards
10 INCH= 30-50 Cards
12 INCH = 70 Cards
14 INCH = 90-100 Cards

* PLEASE NOTE= These are based purely on Client Feedback over the years
If you aren't sure ~ I recommend going with a larger size to be safe.

HOW DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY CARDS YOU WILL RECEIVE?
**** TAKE TOTAL NUMBER OF GUESTS/ OF THOSE GUESTS HOW MANY ARE COUPLES AND FAMILIES? TYPICALLY, 80% WILL BRING A MONETARY GIFT
**** AGAIN, THIS IS BASED PURELY ON CLIENT FEEDBACK OVER THE PAST 2 YEARS

I CANNOT be held liable if you purchase a box too big or too small, I can ONLY recommend what has worked for clients in the past based on the feedback I have received.

2 AND 3 TIERED BOXES WILL HOLD MORE ~ FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A NOTE IF YOU AREN'T SURE WHAT SIZE YOU NEED

Production Time/ Payment
Payment: Payment is due immediately upon purchase as all orders are custom made.
Payment arrangements can be made, but the production time does not begin until payment is made in full.
Cancellation policy- refunds can be given in full if contacted within 48 hours of purchase.
I will work on a case-by-case basis and partial refunds can be given depending on where we are with production. Feel free to contact me if you are in need of a cancellation so we can discuss options.

Please leave in the "notes to buyer" what date you need the order by. If it needs rushed, extra payment & expedited can be arranged and is case by case basis.
Almost every order is shipped priority mail with either insurance or delivery confirmation.
If you would like something special added or prefer a specific carrier- please let me know and we can discuss options/payment. This is for DOMESTIC shipping ONLY.
PLEASE REFER TO STORE POLICY FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING/INSURANCE.

** international shipping is based on first class rates which can take around 14-21 business days, depending on location and customs. After purchase- please convo me if you need expedited shipping and we can discuss options/pricing/billing.
***I make it a habit to check emails frequently throughout the day, but please leave in the notes upon purchase, if you have a deadline for the item.

There should never be a time or reason that Negative or Neutral feedback should be left, as we will work together to get the item exactly how you envisioned! As stated in my store policy, if the item was insured and your order was damaged during delivery, please contact immediately so we can start a claim!

Photos/Features
I LOVE to feature wedding details on my blog/website- so would love if you would share your images with me! Of course I would love to see how you used the item you purchased from ASD too :)

Personalization/Customization
All items are custom made and many come with personalized extras. If your item does not and you would like to add something- please convo me... I would be happy to add!

Upon purchase, please leave in the "notes to buyer" the specific
color, flowers, personalization and your wedding date.
If you DO NOT specify how you want something personalized, I will have to contact you once I start to work on your order (within 1 week), which could delay shipment. If you prefer that it be left blank (chalkboard, wood heart etc.) please leave "no personalization" in the notes section.
