Unpainted card boxes = 7-10 business day production
Satin/Burlap Pillow & Basket Sets = 2 week production
All Woven Wood Baskets/ Birch Buckets 3-5 business day production
Paper Mache Guestbooks = 5 business day production
Satin Guest Books = 2 week production
Burlap Guest Books = 7-10 business days

Frequently asked questions

When will my order ship?

All orders are custom made unless noted as a Ready To Ship Item.

Regular production schedule is:
2-3 business days for all DIY Card Boxes
5 business days for rustic baskets/buckets, tie bars, money clips, bracelet's, bridesmaid gift box, and floral pen's
7-10 business days for large quantities of any of the above (Qty. of 4 or more), rustic/unpainted card boxes, ring boxes
2 weeks for pillow and basket set's
3 weeks for painted Card Boxes

What if I need my item produced faster than timeline?

Rush orders are available. Please contact me directly with the item/items interested in and I can set up a custom listing. Additional fees will apply. You will be given a guaranteed ship date

How Do I Customize My Order?

Each listing description outlines what to leave in the notes to seller to customize each order. Be sure to follow the instructions or your order will be on hold for production until all information is received.

Can I ship this as a gift?

Yes! Please leave us a note if you are shipping as a gift. We do not include invoicing in our packaging.
We are happy to add a simple note for free too!

How do I Locate My Customization Requests Once I Order?

You can find your invoice copy once you are logged into your Etsy account. Refer to the upper right hand corner of your screen under "you/purchases".
You will find your invoice copy along with the address you choose for shipment, customization requests you left in the notes to seller along with an expected ship date and tracking once your order has shipped.

What material's are used to make create my order?

A list of materials can be found in each listing description, however, if you aren't sure you can always shoot me an email!

How do I know what color I'm seeing on my screen will be what I get in person?

Unfortunately, colors can vary greatly when looking at in person vs. different devices viewed on.
All custom orders are final.
We require a color sample of any kind mailed to us once an order is placed if in need of an EXACT match.
If you are fine with ONLY close matching, any images you can provide would be helpful!
