Welcome to my atelier!
I create functional and decorative pottery that has been hand thrown on a wheel using earthenware, porcelain and stoneware clay. I decorate my pieces reminiscent of the majolica style and motifs, using brilliant colors that reflect my Caribbean heritage. All of my designs are executed by hand, and are painted with colored slips on the green ware prior to the first bisque firing. The final glaze firing is always done with a clear transparent food safe glaze. Please note that in multiples of one design, there may be slight variations from the photos posted. This is due to new batches of clay, glazes, and day to day throwing variations. I do not batch produce. Each item is individually made by hand for you. Hope you enjoy browsing.
