Shipping
Costs include packaging, shipping and handling.
I use registered Turkish Post Airmail. After shipping I send the tracking number and you can check shipping details from here:
http://www.ptt.gov.tr/en/
I ship all packages within 5 days after receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays)
Delivery:
International orders will be sent via Turkish Post Airmail. The shipping takes regularly 2-3 weeks time to USA and Canada (seldom 4 weeks), for European Countries 7-10 days.
NOTE: But be aware that if the sizes of the jewellery you want smaller sizes such as rings, please contact me before you buy them because I need at least one week for smaller sizes.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please read the descriptions carefully. I want you to be satisfied with your purchase so if there are any problems please contact me through Etsy within 3 business days after receiving the item, so we can find a solution.
I only take back items if they are the same item I shipped to you - in the original packaging. And they must be unworn.You will be responsible for all shipping fees included return mail.
Please contact me before returning an item for any reason.
Note that a time limit applies and that the item must be returned to me unused and in the same conditions as when I sent you.
When the item reaches me, I'll inspect it before I send you a new piece or a refound.
Please note that postage costs for a returned item cannot be refunded. Your refound will be the full amount, excluding shipping.
Also note that if an item is damaged or lost in transit back to me, I may be unable to refund the cost, so please ensure items are well packaged and insured/tracked if you are concerned it could be lost.
Regretfully I cannot refund or replace custom orders.
