**Current processing times for orders: 3-4 business days for onesie stickers, iron on's, waterproof labels, & bag tags. Clothing Dividers & Tote Bags are processed within 3-5 business days. Wall Letters ship within 1-2 weeks - this does not include custom/larger orders (which may take up to 15 business days depending on the size/complexity) or digital orders (which are generally processed within 24-48 hours - not including weekends/holidays)** Please note that while I do tend to be around on weekends and answer convo's, etc. weekends are NOT counted towards a business day and items will not ship until the following business day (or as per your receipt/current processing times). I spend a LOT of time during the week at this job (which is my full-time job, I work about 60+ per week to keep it up to date and active) and get very little family time but weekends are mine to spend with my family so please don't expect a response from me on the weekends or expect digital files to be sent (deadline for digital files will be 4pm on Friday). If I have time and send them, consider it a bonus :)

If you need your order by a certain date, please first email me to ensure it's possible and then please leave a note at checkout. If you don't leave a note (even after we have discussed it) I may forget.. its very difficult to remember all the conversations I have and who needs items when. I can get anywhere from 10-40 orders per day and anywhere from 10-100 emails per day so this step is VERY important. Thank you!
