All our charms and findings are made in China, but we do our best to find the best quality charms and findings from suppliers that we can trust to give us the best quality. Due to the products are factory made, differ in color or quality may occur for same product if the stock purchased is from differrent batch

Our Czech glass beads are originate from Czech Republic, we source from the best suppliers we can find to provide you the best choices.

All products sold here are brand new and never been used.

We packed our items carefully and ensured that you received all in good quality and usable form. Unless otherwise broke shipment, don't worry, just contact us asap after received and we will make a replacement without hesitation.

Shipment:
We ship Internationally, basically everywhere, as long as our post office can delivered :-)

We mail out twice a week - Tuesday and Friday!

PACKAGE NON-RECEIPT

If should you not received your package within the estimated shipment time frame, please do contact us via etsy convo, we will work this out together and come to a satisying agreement before go forward in leaving us negative feedback.
