MY MOLDS ARE GREAT FOR BUTTER, CREAM CHEESE, FROSTINGS, JUST FILL MOLD WITH DESIRED GOODIES AND PUT IN THE FRIGERATOR OR FREEZER TILL FIRM/HARDENS ENOUGH TO TAKE OUT. MY MOLDS ARE VERY FLEXIBLE SO THE GOODIES ARE EASY TO REMOVE. I USE VERY COLD UTENSILS TO USE INSTEAD OF TOWELS AS TOWELS LEAVE LINT AND HAVE SOME HEAT COME OFF THEM.
