We wanted to thank you for all of your amazing orders. We are trying to keep up with returning convos! Please be patient. We are running a little bit behind right now due to the volume. We DO see you and are just trying to stay awake long enough to answer you ;) Thanks for understanding.

Whew! With our growing business, we are receiving more and more convos. They seem to be multiplying exponentially!!! Please know that Ira is doing his very best. We see you and we are trying to keep caught up.

I have to admit that I am AWFUL about getting seasonal cookies up in our shop!!! PLEASE...contact us with any ideas that you are looking for. Of course we will fill your request. I'll post as many holiday designs as I can find time to work on with my already WAYYYYY over loaded schedule =) Thanks so much for stopping by.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT US:
Our team is anxious to create your order and my husband, Ira, strives to get back to you within 24 hours if at all possible. We are able to create almost any request. Custom cookies are our specialty and I even make my own cutters! So just ask!

Be aware that we try to accommodate every customer's request, but we DO reserve the right to make final design decisions upon the actual creation of your order. It is most important to us that your cookies arrive in top condition - including remaining fresh and in ONE piece. Sometimes a design seems fine until it is actually being created. Thank you for understanding our priorities.

We also work our very hardest to ship appropriately in order to get your order to you as fresh and safe as possible. We ship Fed Ex when possible and sometimes use The US Postal priority mail. We have shipped many hundreds of packages with great success, but want to remind you that we can not be held responsible for your package once it leaves our hands. Believe me when I say that our work is an extension of who we are. This is a family business that is filled with heart and soul and we thank you for the opportunity to do what we do. It is our passion.
