Batty's Bath is a bath, body, and soap company from London, Ontario, Canada! With a goal of providing eco-friendly products, Batty's Bath is based on a love for pampering affordable luxuries and the belief that simple pleasure is found in the little things in life. Little things such as handcrafted bath & body products that are made from natural, skin loving ingredients and are actually good for your skin and the environment. Batty's Bath is dedicated to going the extra mile and takes every detail into account from fair-trade natural ingredients, recycled & repurposed packaging, sustainable business practices, and creating products from scratch using old world soap making practices that were used for centuries and passed down from generation to generation. Embracing this old world charm reminds us that products made with love by someone who cares really does make the difference!

About Batty's Oils
Batty's Bath uses 3 different types of oils to scent our products.
They include: Essential Oils, Natural Fragrance Oils, Phthatlate Free Fragrance Oils
❤ Essential Oils
Essential Oils are 100% natural and are extracted from plants, flowers, leaves, roots, barks, resins and rinds of some fruits. The Essential Oils used in Batty's Bath products are therapeutic grade, 100% vegan, and are free of any synthetic compounds.
❤ Natural Fragrance Oils
Natural Fragrance Oils are blended from essential oils, but because they are not guaranteed to be 100% essential oil they are called natural fragrance oils. These oils are completely natural and contain no synthetic compounds, alcohols or animal byproducts.
❤ Phthalate Free Fragrance Oils
These fragrances are synthetic and are specifically designed for cosmetic use. Like the essential oils and natural fragrance oils, these oils are free of phthalates, parabens, sulfates, chemical sunscreens, petrochemicals, glycols, formaldehyde donors, PEG's or PPG's, DEA/TEA, 1,4 dioxanes and other contaminates

About Our Handmade Draw String Bags
All orders (except single lip balm orders) are packaged in a reusable, eco-friendly, cloth drawstrings bag!
"My Grandmother used to make drawstring cloth bags every year for all of us at Christmas. They are what she wrapped all our gifts in. Now that my Grandmother has passed, my Mom has taken up the tradition! I knew this family tradition was too special not to share with my customers and thankfully my Mom agreed to take on the job of making all the bags for Batty's Bath! I hope all of my customers enjoy these bags as much as my family does! The tradition is that the receiver uses the bag they receive to wrap gifts in the next year so the bag gets passed on to someone else. There's always a good circulation of these bags going around in my family. Grandma, and now my Mom, keeps adding a few new bags to the pool every year so we never run out and always get a surprise fabric each year. Feel free to get creative with the handmade bag you receive with your Batty's Bath order by using it to wrap gifts (good-bye wrapping paper!), or to store make-up, craft supplies, hair ties, and any other loose ends around the house that need a home. Payment
❤ I am currently accepting payments via Paypal or Credit Cards only. Please note that Paypal payments are made in US Dollars.
❤ If you would like to pay for your order using your Credit Card, during check out, you still need to click on “PAYPAL” as your method of payment, which will then take you to the credit card information page. You will not need to sign up for a Paypal account to use your credit card.
❤ I will always wait until your payment has been cleared and paid in full before I ship your order.
❤ All orders need to be paid for within 3 days of purchase unless specific arrangements have been made. If I haven’t received payment after 3 days, I will cancel your order (no hard feelings, no questions asked), and the items in your order will go back up for sale in my shop. I usually send a reminder after 2 days if payment hasn’t been received to give you a chance to complete your order before it is canceled.
Shipping
❤ SHIPPING PRICE CAP! I have price capped all ground shipping rates in Canada and the US. This means you will never pay over $10 for Canadian shipping or $13 for US shipping. So go ahead and stock up with no worry of every paying more than these capped shipping rates in Canada or the US. Overages in shipping are refunded when your order is packed & shipped.
❤ After receiving payment I ship items that are in stock within a week or less (usually less!). I am currently packing once a week, generally on Sunday and drop off packed orders at the post office on Monday. The only exception to my 5 - 7 day turnaround time for in stock items is on the weekends & holidays (when the post office is close) and for large custom orders. It may also take longer to ship out your order during peak holiday times, but you'll always receive an email when your order has been shipped.
❤ Please note: We no longer ship to Malaysia.
❤ ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME:
Within Canada: Usually takes 5 to 10 business days
To the US: Can take 5 to 20 business days but usually arrives within two weeks.
International Orders: Can take 3-8 weeks but usually arrive within four weeks.
❤ If there is a tracking number for your order, it will be emailed to you via PayPal shipping. Check the email for the "Item Number" - This is your tracking number.
❤ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: You may have noticed that my rates for international shipping have gone up. This increase is for first time customers only. If you're a repeat customer don't let the increase scare you! You'll receive the same rate as before and will be refunded via paypal for the overages.
❤ SAVE ON SHIPPING! When buying multiple items I combined shipping to save you money! You pay full shipping price for your first item and a discounted price items after that! All items will be shipped together and if the shipping charges end up being more than the actual cost to ship your items, I’ll refund the difference!
❤ If you have multiple addresses registered with Paypal please advise me as to which address to send your items by contacting me via email (BattysBath@hotmail.com) or sending me an Etsy convo. Make sure your shipping information is correct because I cannot be responsible for lost packages if the original address was incorrect. Orders are shipped to the Paypal address provided.
❤ Please note that Batty’s Bath has no control over customs fees or duties that may be charged after your package has been shipped. Any customs fees or duties that are incurred during shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
❤ During the warm summer months, things can really heat up during transit! This can cause butters, balms, and soap to melt. If you notice this has happened when you receive your products, simply place them in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Refunds and Exchanges
❤ Due to the nature of bath products, I cannot accept returns or exchanges but I will make things right if you’re unhappy with your order! Please contact me immediately using Etsy convo or email (BattysBath@hotmail.com) with any questions, comments or concerns. I’m very convo-friendly so don’t be shy ☺
❤ If you haven’t ordered from Batty’s Bath before and are unsure if you’ll like a certain scent or product, please consider purchasing the sample sizes I offer for some of my products. After you’ve decided what scents and products are right for you, come on back to my shop to purchase the full sized products ☺
Additional Policies and FAQs
❤ Vanilla containing products may darken over time. Products with other fragrance oils may also change color over time. Don’t worry though! The product has not gone bad! This is simply the nature of vanilla and non-clear colored fragrance oils. They like everyone to know they are in the product – not just by scent but by sight too ;)
❤ Privacy Policy:
Batty’s Bath takes your privacy very seriously. Any personal information shared with Batty’s Bath is kept strictly confidential. Batty’s Bath will never trade or share any of your personal information.
❤ In accordance with the CPSIA act that came into effect in 2009, nothing sold at Batty’s Bath is primarily intended for use by persons aged 12 or under.
❤ I rarely offer "freebies" for reviews so please don't ask. I liked to save my donations for local charities I'm involved with.
