International - orders of $75.00 and up get a 50% DISCOUNT on 1st class shipping cost. This applies to regular item listings only. Special shipping requests may not be included, please inquire. Shipping refunds will be issued through PayPal. See Policies for more info. We deeply regret some recent increases in shipping prices. The USPS has increased postage rates as of 1.27.13 and some of the rate changes are huge, particularly international postage rates.
