A message to my customers regarding "hanks." After reading feedback left by a few customers I feel I need to clarify the below issue.

The term hank is used as an unit measurement in the Czech Republic, different sizes and types of beads are sold in hanks which have different numbers and lengths of strands. A hank depending on age, type or size can have from 6 to 14 strands with lengths that vary from 6 to 20 inches per strand. I know many of you are used to the 12 strand 20 inch long hanks when purchasing the more common Czech seed beads. The majority of the seed beads I sell in my store are unique because of the different stages in which they're processed to obtain the finished product.
