***Welcome and hello!***
~I'm Beca, the creator of Beca's Beaded Jewelry! Thank you for stopping in to check out my creations! I have had this business going for about 2 years, but have been making beaded jewelry since I was 9, and learned how to in Girl Scouts :)

Payment
*Payment is preferred through PayPal with a verified address only, but I do also accept money orders. PayPal is the quickest way to receive your jewelry, tho :)
*If Payment is not received within 24 hours of the sale, the sale will be canceled and re-listed.
The buyer is also responsible for shipping costs and taxes.
If you have to cancel your order, please let me know ASAP, as there are others who may be interested as well. Like mentioned above, the order will be canceled after one week automatically.
Shipping
*Jewelry will be shipped out through the United States Postal System only.
*Shipping is standard priority. If you would like the item sooner than that, feel free to let me know, and I will gladly upgrade the shipping, although the buyer is still responsible for the costs.
*I do ship internationally! The costs are a bit more tho. We can always work out a deal, so feel free to send me a convo!
Refunds and Exchanges
*There are no refunds. Items are sold "as is". These items are handmade, so there are none just alike. Although, if there is actually a problem, i.e. something is broken, or breaks while in your possession, I would be happy to refund you or make you something similar at no cost(as long as the broken item is returned to me).
*If you would rather me repair the piece of jewelry, I would be happy to, at no cost! Sometimes life happens :) and things break.
*Shipping cost are non-refundable.
*I would be happy to insure your delivery for a small extra fee.
Additional Policies and FAQs
*All of my jewelry has a lifetime guarantee. As stated above in the refunds and exchanges section, if something breaks, a bead, a clasp, etc., I will be happy to fix it. Convo me and let me know what happened and we will talk. I do require that the jewelry is sent back to me to fix, or if it needs complete replacement.
*All items come boxed and ready to give. If you need separate boxes or gift wrap ribbon, at no extra charge - just let me know at check out!
**Most of my jewelry can be adjusted in length either longer or shorter at no extra charge**
*At this time, I am no longer accepting custom orders.
