{ U.S. SHIPPING }
US orders are shipped through the USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 day delivery and a tracking number. Please inquire if you are interested in paying for insurance as it is not included.
I am unable to guarantee that a package will ship any earlier than 4 weeks; therefore, I would consider Express shipping as I am able to overnight a package to you for an additional fee. Additional shipping charges will be issued through a Paypal invoice.
{ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING }
International orders are shipped through USPS First Class Mail. International shipping does not come with a tracking number; therefore I highly recommend paying for insurance. International orders through USPS First Class Mail typically arrive within 3-4 weeks from shipping date, so plan accordingly.
All international orders are eligible for USPS Express International with a 3-5 day delivery and Priority Mail 6-10 day delivery. Express shipping is the only method that provides a tracking number. Both of these shipping methods are for an additional cost and can range in price depending on your location. The buyer will receive a PayPal invoice to cover the cost of Express or Priority shipping. Please contact me for more details.
{ CUSTOMS & DELIVERY }
I am not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. Once it’s shipped it's completely out of my hands and the responsibility of the postal service and the buyer. I will do my best in assisting you in finding your package.
I am not responsible for custom fees, taxes, tariffs, etc. I will do my part in labeling your package properly with the correct address, return address, and shipping method requested. All custom fees and taxes are between the postal service and the buyer, not the buyer and seller. The buyer is responsible for any additional fees.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, I will issue a full refund within 2 days of when you placed your order. Please contact me immediately with your reasons and request. A cancellation and refund will be issued through PayPal.
{ EXCHANGES }:
Ready-to-ship sale/clearance shoes are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Otherwise...
No refunds, only exchanges.
Exchanges can only be made for non-custom orders and within three days of receiving product. (A custom order is any listing that is created for the buyer that is different than what is normally listed in my shop -- such as additional crystal, lace, embellishments, etc.) You can only exchange for a different size with the same design, no exchanges will be made due to shoe color.
{ ...due to COLOR }
No exchanges will be issued due to color as this is the policy of the shoe manufacture and my shop; therefore I highly recommend you send me images/examples of the colors you want. ***TAKE NOTE: Colors on computer screens varies, so all photos are taken with studio or natural lighting for the most accurate display of color.***
Color swatches and dyed shoes will have slight differences in color due to lighting, the fabric, dye lots, and the fact that each pair is hand-dyed. I am more than happy to send you photos of my color charts in various lighting.
These satin wedding shoes are hand-dyed with a water-soluble dye; therefore, it is important to keep them dry and away from moisture. Sometimes dyed shoes will rub off onto your skin after being worn for a while; this is normal and to be expected with a custom made shoe. I recommend brides to spray their shoes with a water-resistant spray if this and moisture exposure are a concern.
{ ...due to SIZE }
Exchanges will be given due to size but for an additional fee; therefore, I highly recommend that you measure and compare these measurements to my shoe size charts, your previously bought shoes, your local shoe retailer, and other reliable shoe size charts. Due to the nature of ordering shoes online, the size chosen is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller. Please take the time to measure and compare sizes to ensure the best comfort and fit.
To properly measure you foot, trace your foot on a piece of paper using a pen or pencil and then measure your tracing from heel to toe for an accurate measurement.
We feel these shoes run true to size.
All shoes are U.S. sizes.
{ EXCHANGES cont. }
When processing the exchange, the bride will pay for a 15% restocking plus the cost of shipping both ways. An exchange listing will be purchased by the bride to cover the cost of the fee and return shipping.
Shoes must be returned in original packaging or Priority Mail packaging. All US exchanges must be Priority Mail with a tracking number as this is the safest way to monitor the location of your package. If a returned package is not received a refund will not be given and "new" shoes will not be shipped.
I will not accept shoes that have been used, worn, or damaged in any way. When trying on your shoes, please walk on carpet as a way to protect the sole and heel.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not buy.
