*PLEASE* remember to read policy section before purchase for current turn around time, FAQs, our return/exchange policy, custom item info & pricing, and much more. Remember that your purchase is your agreement to our policy. If you cannot follow our policy, we understand & ask that you do not purchase from Bee & Daisy. Leaving negative or neutral feedback because you failed to read listing & policy in full will result in the same being left for you. It is not fair to tarnish our reputation because you failed to read & did not understand correctly. Any negative or neutral feedback that we receive is due to customer error as we go the extra mile to make our customers happy! Please rest assured that we will send you ALL of the items that you pay for within the stated time. You will notice what is & what isn't included by reading our listings in full. We request that you ask any question about our items before you purchase in order to avoid misunderstanding!

Current customers...please contact me via email if at all possible. This is my chosen form of communication with current customers. I like to use convo messages for questions about future orders only. This causes confusion when I send you emails & you respond via convo message. I like 1 form of communication to keep things organized. Also, please DO NOT email me if you have not purchased yet. My email address is for customers only. Etsy has a message system for you to ask questions about items. Sending questions about future orders to my email address will not be answered because I have had phishing & virus attempts made. I do not open anything that is not from a customer!! This is why I ask customers to include their etsy transaction & ID within the subject line if they choose to email me before I send an email to them. I do have an automated message set up, so your paypal email address will receive this as soon as the payment email is sent to me. Thanks!

Also, please not that I may not get to etsy messages right away when I have a full work load. I apologize for this, but I do respond to my customer's concerns & orders first. If you have not heard from me after a few days, please ask again as your message may not have been received or gotten to yet...this will bump you up.

Some commonly overlooked or ignored policies:

•Due to the nature of our items, there are no refunds…no exceptions! Once you order & pay, the item is yours. This is stated several times, so this is not a new policy.

•Remember, these are digital items…nothing physically ships to you! Please do not order and expect a box full of items to arrive. Your items will be sent via email only! Do not purchase if you expect otherwise.

•You MUST read our policy section in full before purchase & the note from shop after purchase (scroll down on your invoice). Your purchase is your agreement to these policies…they are there to avoid any misunderstandings later so please read them. http://www.etsy.com/shop/BeeAndDaisy/policy

•We do not offer printing services at this time, but we may in the future. Our items are sent jpg only, but we may switch to PDF without notice.

•You must add our email address to your contacts as our emails are being flagged as spam. You will receive an auto message from our email as soon as you pay, but check your note from shop (scroll down on invoice to #8) for our email after you pay. If you fail to do so, you may not receive your items. We ask you to do this to save yourself the worry later! Also, please do not wait until the day before your party or after your party to ask about your items. If you failed to add us & the items didn't make it to you within the stated turn around time, the items were blocked by YOUR email. This is not our fault, so please remember to contact us ASAP if you do not notice your items after you add us to your contacts & check your spam folder.

•Personalized & Customized Upgrades are a selection of items only. You can find the items included within the listings (in our upgrade section). You will get a name & age/monogram ADDED to the items only. Please do not assume that you will be getting brand new items or that you will be getting to add an entire phrase. There is limited space. Anything beyond what is stated will be an additional fee.

•Please ask ALL questions PRIOR to purchase. Do not assume something & then blame me if you are disappointed. I cannot help you if you do not ask me. Again, as much as I would love to read minds...I cant!! I am human and mistakes do happen on occasion. However, if you failed to ask something about an item please remember that you cannot expect to receive something that was not stated. I list & explain everything clearly. Policies are stated. Your purchase is your agreement to these!

•Our turn around times are clearly stated within the listing & policy section. You do not receive your items at the exact moment that you pay. If you haven't received your items within the time period, please let us know. We have no way of knowing that our email didn't reach you if you don't speak up! Also, please do not purchase if you cannot wait the full stated time period. We do accept some rush orders, but they must be approve PRIOR to purchase & a $5 fee must be paid. We understand that you may be in a bind, but this is not our fault, so please do not blame us!!
