•Please allow the full stated 3 day turn around time NOT COUNTING WEEKENDS. We are closed on Sat. & Sun. to spend time with our family. While some orders & messages MAY be answered over the weekend, please expect business to resume on Monday.

•Rush orders MUST be approved prior to purchase. There are times that we cannot fit in a rush order so please ask first. We do charge a $5 rush fee for items that are needed earlier than our stated time period. We will not honor rush requests that were purchased without our approval first!!

•Contact us on our availablity for custom designs & color changes. We only book a certain number each week, so please ask early if the design is important to you. Requests after purchase will not be honored. Prices will vary depending on the amount to changes needed or depth of design. Custom Invitations $17-$20, Custom Decor $25-$40. Prices depend on the amount of changes required. 100% custom orders are the highest priced

•We do not make invitation proofs prior to purchase. This allows us to keep our turn around times to a minimum instead of slowing paid orders down with proofs for customers that may or may not purchase. While we apologize for any trouble this may cause, we feel that this is a courtesy to our current customers. Current orders are always our priority!

•Please remember that every monitor and printer is different so colors may print different than what they appear on your screen.

•We've had a few customers purchase invitations & try to access our digital decor with their invitation order number. Crafthub will only allow your exact purchased item to be downloaded, and nothing more. This will send me an email letting me know that an attempt was made to download items not purchased & it will show me your email address. Please do not try to download items that you did not purchase, because you will not be able to & it is unfair to try to access our items without paying!
