My baby/toddler/little girl bracelets measurements (which are average measurements) are as follows:
0-3 months = 4.0 inches
3-6 months = 4.5 inches
6-24 months = 5.0 inches
2-4 years = 5.5 inches
5-7 years = 6.0 inches
8+ years = 6.5 inches

Adult bracelets: 7.5" to 8.0"
