Thanks so much for visiting my Etsy shop! All items are hand-crafted by me with a uniqueness and charm that make it hard to let them go, so I hope you enjoy them! Feel free to email me anytime with any questions or special requests. I'm happy to customize any order for you or make any adjustments upon request. Check back often for new creations and thanks for shopping!!! Wholesale and Bridal orders are welcomed; please contact me for special discount pricing.
Payment
I accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal (preferred method of payment)
Credit/Debit Card
Postal Money Order and Personal Check at Bella Mantra's discretion (US Customers only) You must contact me first if you would like to pay by check.
Please note-I only accept checks/money orders from US customers on a case by case basis. International customers must pay with either PayPal or credit card. If you would like to discuss payment options or wish to pay with a check or money order please contact me :)
All payments must clear prior to orders being shipped
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you contact me and other arrangements have been made. I'll gladly reserve an item for you, just convo or email me. If payment isn't been made within 24 hours of sale I will attempt to contact you through Etsy convo and email; however, if I do not get a response within a reasonable amount of time your order will be canceled and the item will be relisted.
***All custom orders require a 50% deposit at time of order and the remaining balance must be paid within 1 week of order completion and prior to shipping. If you cannot make full payment upon order completion please email me to make acceptable arrangements.
**If you are using a coupon code-
Please note that coupon codes will only be honored if received directly from this shop or a post made directly from this shop. Bella Mantra reserves the right to question the validity of a coupon code and recalculate the total amount due from a sale or cancel the sale if appropriate. Please be aware of this if you have received a coupon code from third party websites.
Shipping
I strive to get orders out as quickly as possible so your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of cleared payment. Any delays in shipping will be noted in announcements so be sure to check my shop announcements on my main page. Please be sure to include your ring size when ordering rings which require sizing/presizing as to not delay shipping.
All orders are shipped via First Class Mail through the US Post Office with typical delivery time being 2-5 business days from shipping date for domestic US packages, and 6-21 days for international shipping. All US domestic packages include delivery confirmation. Larger orders may be upgraded to Priority Mail (US only). If you require a faster or different shipping method or have any special shipping preferences, including insurance, please email me and we can discuss available options and any additional charges for such.
If you re ordering for an upcoming holiday please be mindful of any cut off dates for anticipated delivery prior to that holiday especially around Christmas. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me as soon as possible.
Shipping fees are a flat rate for the first item, with a minimal charge for each additional item to cover costs for materials and weight. This is very helpful in saving money when ordering multiple items.
***If you would like your package to require a signature to be delivered please specify this in notes at check-out. Because packages include tracking, I will not be responsible for "missing" packages that have been delivered per the USPS, however I will contact the necessay USPS offices to follow ip on any missing packages and work to resolve these matters quickly on a case by case basis. If you are at all concerned PLEASE PLEASE ask for signature confirmation or insurance, or use an alternative address that is secure! Both signature confirmation and insurance are reasonable fees. I will send an updated invoice with the additional shipping charges for either once requested. If you request insurance on your package it will require a signature to be delivered***
***If you would like your order shipped to an address/name different from your payment address/PayPal address, please specify in notes at at check out and let me know if it's being sent to a recipient as a gift if you would like a complimentary gift card enclosed. Please be sure your Etsy shipping address is accurate and complete as to avoid delays in shipping***
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: All custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I do not know each country's specifications for duties and mark international packages as "merchandise" with it's value prior to shipping charges.
***Each item is individually gift boxed and includes a ribbon suitable for gifting. Please convo or email me if you need your item gift wrapped.***
Refunds and Exchanges
My goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase so if for any reason you are not satisfied, I will gladly discuss acceptable arrangements depending on the circumstances for your request and your preferences.
If there is an issue with quality or the item was damaged prior to shipping, I will gladly accept your return and incur the return postage costs. Please contact me immediately with any issues. You must report damages and return requests within 1 week of receiving your order. Depending on your preference and circumstances, I will provide a full refund, replace the item for one of similar value, or make necessary repairs upon request. Any additional returns accepted for reasons other than those listed above will be subject to return shipping fees which will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Items returned must be sent in the original or comparable packaging and securely packed before shipping. Items must be returned in the original condition that they arrived in. No refunds will be processed without the item first being returned.
If you do not receive your package within a reasonable amount of time please contact me immediately and I will contact the USPS to inquire about your package! As stated in shipping policies, please make sure your delivery address is secure for packages to be left. If you are worried about the security of your present shipping address please use an alternative shipping address that is secure or request signature confirmation or insurance .

I love custom orders and would be happy to work on a custom order for you! Please be aware that all custom orders require 50% down with the remaining balance due upon completion and prior to shipping unless otherwise agreed upon.
