We strive to create beautiful, fun and engaging works to fill your home with happiness.

Payment

We accept payment via PayPal.

For commission works, we require payment before commencement of the work. If you want to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible, so you can catch us before we start work.

Shipping

We ship all our illustrations in stiffened envelopes with the illustrations safely packed inside in cello sleeves.

We aim to post off your order within a week of receiving it.

If you need your order urgently, let us know and we can see what we can do.

Refunds and Exchanges

If your item arrived in an unsatisfactory condition, damaged in some way, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you a replacement.
