Thank you for visiting my store! I have a few 'smallprint' words which need to be addressed to do with policies.
Payment
I accept payments through Paypal. In my opinion this is the safest, fastest way to receive and send money on the internet.
You do not need a Paypal account to checkout with a credit or debit card. Select Paypal as the method of payment and enter your information on the secure page.

Shipping
International customers please note that items may take up to two weeks to arrive.
Bibliographica is based in New Zealand. To send overseas we are told anything between 7-10 days to the Northern Hemisphere. I would allow for two weeks to be on the safe side.
I send my items through airmail, but not tracked. To have an item tracked incurs a substantial additional fee. I do not take responsibility for items lost in the post but have never had items go missing. As international customs differ from country to country, it is out of my hands whether or not your package will be subject to inspection in customs clearance or extra fees. I mark all parcels as a gift to avoid inspections.
All of my items arrive beautifully wrapped and presented, and well packaged for shipment protection. If you have special instructions, please contact me!
Refunds and Exchanges
If by any means you are not satisfied with your purchase from Bibliographica please let me know within two weeks of receiving it and I will happily refund your money or offer you another item of equal or lesser value. I make every effort to photograph and describe each item thoroughly so that you know what you are getting. Please make sure you thoroughly read the description to avoid disappointment.
If you return the item, you are doing so with the knowledge that it is sent in the condition of which it was received. Refund will be given upon receipt of the item back in New Zealand. Shipping rates are the buyer's responsibility.
