SHIPPING CHANGES:
We're now shipping ALL orders via Priority Mail--including International orders--and shipping costs have been changed to reflect this. International Priority is somewhat costly, so we will be splitting the charge for this service with you. We're tired of domestic & international packages arriving weeks upon weeks after shipment, and imagine our customers feel the same way. So, here's to swiftly delivered goods in the New Year!

Amber took a much needed break from Dec. 21st to Dec. 28th, and now has a bit of catching up to do! All orders will be filled and shipped in the order in which they were received. Thanks for your understanding!

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIME (TAT): Approx. 2-19 business days before shipping depending upon the item. Due to high demand across the internet, we kindly ask that you please allow extra time for production & delivery. Some items will take longer to produce than others, such as custom orders, special ordered materials (gold, etc.), filigree, verdigris & wire-wrapped pieces. Feel free to convo Amber if you have any questions about a particular item before you purchase.

✿SHIPMENT STATUS as of 2/2/09: All "ready to ship" items placed on or before 1/31 have been shipped. All other orders placed on or before the date above will be shipped by the end of this week, and then we're all caught up! We had a super busy Christmas, and then Amber fell ill, so many thanks to those who have expressed the willingness to wait a bit longer than expected. Your support, patience, and understanding is truly appreciated!
