Hello, and welcome to Bittersweet!

My dyepot adventures are specifically oriented to creating yarn and fiber colorways that work with you, not against you. These are colors that won't fight you, they *want* to become a lace or sock projects that feature not just beautiful colors, but beautiful stitch patterns as well. For those who like their yarn with more attitude, I also dye variegated colorways.

Take a look around! The shop is full of yarn and fiber waiting to find a new home in your stash. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. I am happy to create custom colors for you!

Welcome

Welcome to Bittersweet Woolery, or Bittersweet for short. It is an exciting time around here as I relaunch my fiber business from scratch. I'll be starting small, but my plan is to rev it up into full gear with an expanded range of yarn and products, all to make your knitting, crochet, and spinning palette as luscious as possible.

Payment

I accept PayPal, through which you can pay me with PayPal funds or your personal credit card, which of course is kept safe and secure through PayPal's transaction process. You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay me via PayPal, it's just like any other shopping cart in that respect.

Shipping

Items are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of every week, unless you are contacted and notified otherwise at time of purchase. Purchases are mailed within 48 hours for order placed during the business week. All purchases are shipped USPS 1st Class mail unless other arrangements are made beforehand. Please convo me if you need your purchase sooner.

Refunds and Exchanges

Within 30 days I will happily refund you your purchase amount for unused product that does not meet your expectations. Product must be in the original form, not wound or balled, to qualify for a full refund.

If you find your item to be defective after that time, or during use, please email me and I will be happy to discuss options to satisfy you. This may include a refund or replacement, and is subject to our discussion and the situation.

Additional Policies and FAQs

From time to time I take on custom orders, please feel free to contact me and we can discuss your needs. Custom orders are subject to a $2 surcharge per skein or quantity of item.

I will also happily wind your yarn for you free of charge, request this service at the time of purchase should you desire it.
