A few things to note:

➤ All of our raw goods are sourced from American-based, sweatshop-free companies, and every step of our production process is done in-house by hand. Each piece features my own original artwork, and we even print & stitch in every last shirt tag.

➤ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: your country of residence may charge customs fees on US parcels. I unfortunately have no control over such fees, and they vary dramatically, so please check with your local postal/customs office.

Welcome

Welcome to Blackbird Tees!

➤ Each piece is lovingly hand-printed by yours truly in our tiny Seattle based print studio. All items feature our very own illustrations, and we only print on sweatshop-free apparel.

➤ General processing time is 1-3 business days. If your Etsy and Paypal addresses do not match, additional time may be required to verify proper shipping information.

➤ Customer satisfaction is extremely important, so we encourage you to get in touch if you have any concerns at all. We do our best to reply within 24 hours.

Payment

We currently accept payments through Etsy Direct Checkout or Paypal.

➤ If you are an *UNVERIFIED* buyer with an *UNCONFIRMED* Paypal address, you may be subject to a 3-5 day waiting period. You can ensure faster processing by creating a confirmed account.

Shipping

➤ All domestic US packages ship with Delivery Confirmation, and shipping time averages 2-5 business days.

➤ INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We ship First Class Airmail with insurance. Depending on the destination, international packages can take anywhere from 2-5 weeks to arrive, but the vast majority of parcels arrive within 8-10 business days. Unfortunately, we cannot make any ship time guarantees for international deliveries.

➤ Your country of residence *may* charge customs/duty fees on US parcels. Sadly, we have no control over such fees, and they vary dramatically, so please check with your local post office before ordering if you have concerns.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are for ANY reason unhappy with your purchase, or if you require a different size or style, we welcome both returns and exchanges within 7 days of receipt.

Items must be returned in their original condition in order to qualify for a refund.
