Blonde Peacock is a design&print operation inspired by feathers,the beauty of imperfections,burning screens in the sun and days of drinking tea in the garden.
The prints that I make are meant to look raw and stamped. I like to see how the print and the ink find their own place on the fabric. I prefer the print to be recognizably done by hand as opposed to looking precisely mechanical...making each garment unique.
BP uses water based inks, soy based cleaning products, the sun to burn the screens, recycled paper and yarn.
